The pneumatic actuator is basically of two types:
·         Two-position type
·         Multi-position type

Two-position type
A two-position pneumatic actuator is generally used to shift a control element from one position to another usually according to the signal they get from the relay system.

Multi-position type                                                                                                                                  A multi-position actuator generally places the control element in various positions according to the level of the control signal. It may be of the piston or diaphragm type.

In the early days of pneumatics the only actuators that were most commonly available were cylinders that provided a simple linear movement and that from a conventional and relatively bulky barrel and piston rod assembly. Therefore the rapid changes in market requirements and a demand for smaller but more powerful and efficient devices has, however, led to the introduction of a wide range of actuators and that is what we provide you with and that too in Thailand.
